01 · THE THREE ENGAGEMENTS
Only the Production Readiness Review publishes a price — a floor for a tightly bounded scope. The Program and the Operating Partner are scoped to your systems, sites and timeline, and quoted in writing after a fit call.
02 · HOW A TYPICAL ARC RUNS
A typical engagement is sequential — each step earns the next, and nothing obliges you to continue past any of them.
Thirty minutes on video. We establish where the system stands and which engagement — if any — is the right next step. No sales deck, no obligation.
The Production Readiness Review is the recommended entry: a bounded two-week diagnostic ending in an executive readout, paid 50% at booking and 50% before the readout.
Where the readout supports it, the work continues as a Pilot-to-Production Program or a Physical AI Operating Partner engagement — each scoped in writing before any commitment.
Up to €3,000 of the review fee is creditable toward a qualifying Pilot-to-Production Program started soon after the readout.
