Exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will respond within one month of receipt, free of charge.
Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, or port your personal data. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request; verification will be proportionate to the sensitivity of the data involved.
In accordance with Article 12(5) GDPR, the exercise of your rights is free of charge. A reasonable fee may only be charged in the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests (for example, where a request is repetitive).
In accordance with Article 12(3) GDPR, we will respond within one month of receipt. This period may be extended by up to two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. We will inform you of any such extension within one month of receipt, together with the reasons for the delay.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR.
