1. Architecture

   The specific architecture issues standing between your pilot and production, ranked.

2. Data

   The specific data issues standing between your pilot and production, ranked.

   • Can you name the specific data issues standing between your pilot and production?
   • Are those data issues ranked, so you know which one to fix first?

3. Integration

   The specific integration issues standing between your pilot and production, including OT/IT integration, ranked.

   • Can you name the specific integration issues, including OT/IT integration, standing between your pilot and production?
   • Are those integration issues ranked, so you know which one to fix first?

4. Reliability

   A clear-eyed read on reliability, observability and failure modes.

   • Do you have a clear-eyed read on the reliability and failure modes of the system?
   • Do you have the observability in place to see those failure modes before they reach production?

5. Governance

   The specific governance issues standing between your pilot and production, ranked.

   • Can you name the specific governance issues standing between your pilot and production?
   • Are those governance issues ranked, so you know which one to fix first?
