This is a template and checklist, not a certified safety case and not a safety rating. It gives you the structure that a credible safety argument follows and the placeholders to fill in with your own analysis and evidence.
The integrity level — ASIL, DAL or SIL — is assigned and confirmed by the responsible assessor or notified/certification body against the applicable standard. The figures you enter here are your derived targets and claims. Our role is to engineer the evidence so that assessment is well-founded; we do not assign or self-certify the rating.
